Eleven questions about the last thing you made. Every one you can't answer is a decision the model made instead of you.
Nothing to sign up for. Takes about four minutes, and you need your last video open in another tab.

This is the part that catches people. When you don't decide something, the model does not stop and ask — it fills the gap with the most statistically ordinary answer available. Pacing, emotion, framing, where the moment lands, why the character looks that way. Every blank gets filled.
Which means an unmade decision is not a missing decision. It is a decision made by an average of everything the model has ever seen. That is the actual mechanism behind "it looks fine and it looks like everyone else's."
AI can produce the frame. It has no idea why that frame should exist.
So the audit below doesn't test whether you know the tools. It tests how many of your creative decisions you actually made.
THE AUDIT
Open it. Read each question and answer it out loud, in one sentence, without hedging. Tick the ones where you can't. "It just felt right" counts as can't.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER
Nothing is saved and nothing is sent anywhere. This runs entirely in your browser.
Work through all eleven before you read the result. The number matters less than noticing which ones made you pause.
Your ticks stay in this browser, so you can come back to them.
WHAT THE NUMBER MEANS
Not a mistake. A default — the ordinary answer, chosen for you, in a place where a decision was available and you didn't take it. Ten thousand people generated something today with those same defaults in those same places.
This is why better tools never fix it. A sharper model fills the same blanks more beautifully. The blanks are the problem.
WHAT'S NEXT
That was on purpose. Knowing which decisions you skipped is genuinely useful on its own — most people have never once looked at their own work this way, and you can apply it to the next thing you make today.
But knowing a decision exists is not the same as knowing how to make it well. That part is the method.
How to find what is actually worth producing. How to direct a moment so a viewer feels it instead of just seeing it. How a character stops being a gimmick and becomes something people follow. How a single video turns into a series people wait for. And how a commercial brief becomes an idea worth making.
Written from building an AI artist to 92,000 followers, and a web series with millions of views, without appearing in a single frame.
You have the questions. The method is the answers.
